Ever since my computer crashed about 6 months ago, I have learned the importance of backups and having some flash drives handy for your important files. I couldn’t have imagined that there were USB flash drives out there like the urDrive from Kingston Technology.
The flash drives with urDrive software aren’t just a USB Flash Drive it is so much more. It’s like a portable virtual world all in one place! What do I mean by a portable virtual world? I mean your favorites, important files, music, games, and kid friendly apps all in one place! Yes all of that in one itty bitty flash drive.
The flash drive I used was a 8GB DataTraveler 109 with urDrive Software. I had never realized that you could load specific software to flash drives. I knew they were great for backing up information you didn’t want to store on your computer, but never thought they would house actual applications you can use.
The first thing I love about the drive is the fact it is so compact! It’s absolutely tiny. You can also put the flash drive on your key chain so it can easily go where ever you are!
I can’t stand when I go to another computer and can’t use my favorites that I have loaded on my home computer. With the 8GB DataTraveler 109 with urDrive Software, you can take your favorites with you anywhere!
