My daughter has been begging for a cell phone, so I started looking into ways to get her one. Even better than their calling plans, they have refurbished phones that start as low as $10 that have cameras, MP3 players, mobile web access, and Blue Tooth. My daughter is drooling over this idea! She can’t wait to call a friend!
