I just recently took the Nutrition Possible assesment online, and it was alot of fun. I know it sounds weird to hear that a vitamin assessment was “fun”, but it really taught me a lot of my habits and what I could improve upon.
I scored rather well, but I guess I still need to eat more fruits and veggies. I guess my vegetable garden plan this summer is a good plan!
The quiz was really short, just asking simple questions about your diet, sleep habits, goals to improve, and exercise habits. I really wanted to work on energy and metabolism. Having a slow thyroid, I could always use a metabolism boost!
After the quiz, I got a great new plan that told me what supplements would go along with my desired exercise and diet plan to help give the energy I need! Plus they give you tips on how to improve your workouts, and add more fruits and veggies to your diet. I scored “needs improvement” in the fruit and veggie area. Sigh, always room for improvement!
