After you join, you need to get “trusted”. This is how Ubokia verifies you are who you say you are. Answer a few simple questions to get verified. If for some reason it won’t verify you, just call the phone number really quickly and in less than 5 minutes they will have you ready to go!

This is one of my favorite features, because you can opt to only get messages and offers from people that are verified. That way you know that you are dealing with an actual person!
