Swimming is a great total body workout. It’s a great way to switch your workouts up during the summer months.
I will be the first to admit that I am not the best swimmer. I don’t drown, but I am definitely not the female Michael Phelps. This workout is great for people like me that pray for the end of the pool, but still want to get fit in the water. You don’t have to worry about getting plucked from the bottom of the pool by a lifeguard, unless the lifeguard is really hot of course!
So grab your goggles, forget about what you look like in a swimsuit, and head to the pool! Trust me this workout is great for anyone!

I feel ya, my housing addition has a pool so I really don’t have an excuse not to haha.
Swimming is definitely one of the best exercises! I wish I had a pool nearby.
If how bad your butt is kicked afterward is any indication, I would have to say yes it is haha

Swimming is such an awesome all around exercise! And, I think it’s one of the easiest to do because it doesn’t seem so much like work. it’s fun, which is 1/2 the battle. I need to get back in the pool more! Oh look!! It’s summer =)
