Moving into a bigger home in January was super exciting, but it also left my family with a LOT of empty space. We went from a 1200 sq. ft. home to almost at 2500 sq. ft home. There were a lot of spaces to fill and places to decorate!
FIND KEY PIECES THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE
When you buy a new home it can be quite expensive, so when you are looking to decorate you really want to find key pieces that make a big difference! That’s why one of the first things that I looked for was a fabulous rug for our entry way.
We have hardwood floors throughout part of our. They are gorgeous, but the front foyer needed a little extra something. We found this most amazing “stained glass” rug from Mohawk Home. It really goes with our country/rustique motif we try to have throughout our home. I never would’ve thought that something as simple as adding a rug could add so much depth to a space in our home.

Mohawk Home is a great company that offers a wonderful selections of floor and area rugs at tons of retailers. I have been in the market for area rugs for a while now, and most of the rugs I was probably looking at were Mohawks. They are sold at Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, and Kohls just to name a few!
